Using these effects in a scene

Use an ongoing condition cue that remains readable during movement without covering the character. Consider a secondary shape or icon so status is not communicated by color alone.

Before you export

Does Poisoned apply poison damage?

No. Damage intervals, duration and stacking are part of your status system.

Can I keep a condition active indefinitely?

Inspect the animation’s loop flag and decide its lifetime in the engine; not every source is interchangeable.

How do I distinguish several simultaneous states?

Use placement and silhouette as well as palette, and limit competing motion near the character.

Your palette, your finishing touch.

Every effect can be recolored and mirrored in the editor.
